All of our seafood is fresh, never frozen. We use top-quality Tamanishiki Super Premium Short Grain Rice. The menu is specifically made to accommodate your needs. Please advise as to any allergies prior to booking the event so the right precautions can be taken. The chef will always arrive 1 hour before the event in order to set up and sanitize the working area. A server/content creator will be present and film the catering experience from start to finish.
